Stayed here last November with family, loved it! they accommodated to my grandmas needs and my baby sister loved it too! returning on the 29th September this year for a week with two of my friends! were too excited! the best hotel food and drink ive ever had! + looking forward to seeing the entertainment staff again! yay!

Once again spent a wonderfull Christmas and new year at the Mediterraneo Hotel unfortunately I was rushed into hospital on the 3rd January with pneumonia and for the week I spent in there the staff at the hotel looked after my wife wonderfully, We can’t thank them enough while there we meet up with the same group of people who where at the hotel last Christmas they helped make the holiday very special hope we all can meet up again sometime. Once again thanks to Marie, Gines.Theresa and all the staff to many mention.
Stayed at this hotel in July 2009 with my partner and youngest son .Had a fantastic time and are returning this July with the rest of the family. They cant wait and are so excited .Looking forward to being back at the mediterraneo and enjoying the fantastic service you provide.

We have stayed at the hotel on numerous occassions and others in the rincon area. We have found the hotel mediterraneo to be the best. The hotel is immaculate and all of the staff are exceptionally friendly/helpful. We have recommended this hotel to many of our family/friends and they too, have agreed with our comments. It is well located out of the centre of Benidorm and in a quiet, priveledged location. Last visited the hotel, with friends in Dec.11 and look forward to our next visit in March 12.

I could go on and on praising this hotel.
I asked for a room on the end of the building and got my request( Room 1220).Everything was run so well.The Staff work so hard to make your holiday an enjoyable one.My only little niggle was that the bar staff would carry on cleaning tables even if there was a queue at the bar.Apart from that i’d reccommend this hotel to anyone.Definatley the best i’ve stayed at in Benidorm

Would just like to say it was a fantastic holiday. A big thant you to the manager and all the staff in october that helped make my brother 60th a birthday to remember. i have no negative points about the hotel atall it was spotless, food great and staff very friendly. any1 thinking of booking don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. I spent a week at this Hotel in September last year.
I have already booked to come back again in July this year and will be bringing friends with me. Had a fantastic 7 day holiday and honestly can’t think of any bad to say about this hotel. Good rooms Good Food Good Pool Friendly staff. Every thing is as good as you could expect. Very relaxing and a lot more welcoming than some of the High Rise Hotels in the area. Well worth a visit .

Have not long got back from spending two weeks at the mediteraneo hotel.This is our 3rd time at the hotel and we just love it.Hotel is really clean,staff at Reception are friendly and help all they can and efficiently.Maid service is excellent everydayand the food in the hotel is excellent,something for everyone.Hotel is in a nice quiet part of Benidorm and the Benidorm Palace is just across the road.So Thank You al the staff at The Mediteraneo Hotel once again for making our stay just Wonderful.

My wife & I stayed at the Mediterraneo the first 2weeks of November. and we had a wonderful time.
When we arrived home I discovered I had lost my mobile phone. I phoned reception and spoke to Marie to see if I had left it in the hotel. She phoned me back thirty minutes later, and said she had found it, and passed it on to a friend of mine who was still at the hotel. I now have it.
Would you thank Marie for me, and the rest of the hotel staff.

Just got back from a week here, Hotel is PERFECT. great staff, the entertainment staff are fab! such a laugh. everyone is so friendly including other visitors. your like one big family. they catered very well for my disabled grandma and baby sister, food was really good, very good selection. hotel is spotless, very very clean. security at nite (aka SMILER) was funny, young reception guy is a little bit of eye candy for u! HOT! looking to return in february!!!

we r just back from a weeks stay in this hotel and it is by far the best place we have stayed. we stayed before a few years ago and when we arrived this time we recieved a bottle of champagne. the food is really good and loads of choice, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly especially the girl on reception ( maria) i think. i travel with my parents and my mum is in a wheelchair the hotel is ideal for wheelchair the disabled rooms are brilliant and everywhere is spacious. ideal location also not to far a walk to the beach. looking to return next year again with 2 other families.

I have just spent 5 days at the mediterraneo in middle of october with my with my wife and 2 kids and my parents had a wonderful time hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were fantastic the food was lovely, hotel is in a great location not to far from the beach and the town only 15 mins walk.

Oh how very very good it was again in Hotel Mediterraneo every year when we are coming it is always a great party for us. We became a bottle of champain in our room and we pleased for it. I spent the last week in September at the Mediterraneo and i cannot fault anything. The hotel was spotless and bright. The choice of food was good. All the staff were polite and freindly. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is in the perfect situation. The walk from the hotel to the beach is only about 15 mins, we went in the evening when the tempurature was cooler and benidorm is all lit up. I would recommend the hotel Mediterraneo to anyone who wants a good holiday, i will be going back there again.

We returned a few days ago from a 9 night all inclusive stay and had a wonderful holiday. Cannot fault hotel. Absolutely spotless, food excellent, entertainment staff work so hard and are such good fun. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definitely be re visiting in the future.

Enjoyed yet another family holiday in your Hotel – we have stayed at the hotel about 7 times now and we just can’t fault it. On speaking to other guests it seems there are many people returning to the hotel. We have just got back after staying 29th July for 2 weeks and it was grrrrreat. Was our 1st time in a All Inclusive resort and wow we were very impressed.
Always 1st in the Queue at meal times we could not get enough, there are great selections and it changes every day (although kids might argue that it would be nice if the pancakes were there at every breakfast lol)
We have already been looking to come again.

We spent two weeks at the Hotel Mediterraneo in july 2010. We had a fantastic time at the hotel, could not fault it in any way. The food was very good, plenty of choice. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The outdoor and indoor pools were very nice, clean and a good size. Entertainment was fantastic for the kids, not much entertainment for adults. Also, the staff in all areas of the hotel were very helpful, always smiling and friendly, they are a credit to your hotel. There was a little woman who worked in the La Naia bar lounge who especially was very polite, can’t quite remember her name. Overall the hotel was a great place to stay, if anyone I know is going to benidorm I will Highly recommend them to stay at the Mediterraneo. We also would not hesitate to return.

Food was excellent, rooms very clean and spacious considering we were in a quadruple room, beds very comfortable and a good size. All the staff were very friendly especially in the Dining room, despite the weather being bad we had a lovely time at your hotel and would definitely return again.

had a great stay 1-5 june 2011, hotel very clean, friendly staff, good food. only complaint all inclusive package ended at 4pm on last day, we didnt leave till8pm, also free minibar advertised on this site was not stocked an was charged as an extra if required. overall though a very pleasant hotel.

This is the rule we have in the Mediterraneo Benidorm Hotel for the all inclusive service. If the first service you had was the luch the all inclusive finishes at 12.00 hours. If the first service you had is the dinner, the all inclusive finishes at 16.00.
We have a mini-bar in the room but it is empty then the people could use it as a cooler. We have two different packages you should contract in reception. We were checking our website and we will change it because the interpretation it is not clear enough.

This is going to be my third year staying at this hotel. I am really looking forward to going back. There is no faults in this hotel whatsoever. The staff are great from the manager down to the cleaning staff. Everyone in this hotel are so friendly and make your stay even better. Josue and Lupe who are the entertainment team are simply fabulous. They have time for everyone and the kids all love them. The food is great aswell there is always plenty of choice and its well cooked.The rooms are a good size aswell even a family of four there is still plenty of room. To sum up its the best hotel in benidorm.

Just arrived home from your hotel after spending 2 weeks leaving on 30/4/11.This was our second visit to your hotel and it was as enjoyable this time as it was the first time.We did not expect the mini club to operate as we knew that it only operates from May,but our 9 year old daughter Sarah was delighted when it opened from the Easter weekend.
All the Staff were very welcoming,and I mean ALL the staff,from check in to restaurant,bar staff and even the cleaners.I know they all work extremely hard but every one of them had time to smile and greet you even if only passing.
Special mention must go to Josue,Lupe and Becky for the time,patience and enthusiasm shown to all the children.
Looking forward to visiting again next year as the Mediterraneo is the only hotel we would consider when visiting Benidorm.

The miniclub usually is opened from the 1st of May but we decided to open it earlier because a lot of children were comming for the Easter holidays. We had to offer that service to the guests and their children.

My wife and I spent 9 days from 6 to the 15 April 2011 Must say this is one of the best hotels we have been too. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. The quality and quantity of the food was fantastic over all a great hotel will go back. One thing the management could do is to put a kettle and cups in rooms so one could make a cup of tea late at night our early in morning.

When I went to this hotel 2 years ago we had to go again the food was great, the pools were very clean and the rooms were extremley tidy. Last year we went again and we again enjoyed are time there the facilaties for children are great the kidz club runners are fab. We are going again in 1 week and we are very existed if it is like the last 2 years we are sure to go again. We always fetch a big group of people so i hope they enjoy it too.

Just had a fantastic long week-end with our 2 year old grandaughter. Unfortunately the indoor heated pool was cold. The other thing that let it down was the entertainment guy who doesn’t like kids. Apart from that the staff were brilliant food very good and would certainly go back.

Thank you very much for your two comments. If we know the wrong things then we could improve our service to our customers.
The maintenance team check the indoor swimming pool twice a day and the normal temperature is about 28ºC. So as we don´t have any wrong temperatures records we are going to take more measures just in case is something wrong during the day.
Josue and Lupe are our entertainers. We open our mini club from the 1st of May till the 31st of October. So now Lupe is making the activities with the children and Josue is with the adults. Because of that perhaps you had a wrong impression about Josue. He likes also the kids and he dances the mini-disco with them in summer time.
If you come back you will see that two little things will be sorted.

Myself and my husband and kids have just visited the hotel for half term. I have never been to this hotel or Benidorm before but i can honestly say the hotel Mediterraneo is an AMAZING place and there is no way i can fault it !!!!! Just everything about it was good and one of the reasons we picked the hotel is because me and my family didn’t want to stay in one of those high rise hotels .

Myself and my family love this hotel infact we are due to go again in july this year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as i have had no problems with it any time i have been there. The staff are extremely nice, friendly and very approachable. The entertainment team do a fantastic job considering the hours that they put in. Food wise i also like as there is a great selection of food to choose from, and always tasty. overall a great hotel in a good location in benidorm.

My wife and I have just spent Christmas and New Year at the Hotel Mediterraneo and had the most wonderfull and enjoyable time ever, the staff are great and friendly, the food was fantastic Christmas and New Year dinners was fabulous,the rooms are cleaned daily with clean sheets and towels, we are going back next Christmas, if not before.
